HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO EXPECT YOU'LL PAY FOR A GOOD NPK 23-23-0 FERTILIZER

I tried 10/10/10 and it appeared to make lots of inexperienced plants but no abundant fruit. Beets had good leaves but little beets, tomatoes experienced 5 ‘ vegetation but fruit was compact and never abundant, what exactly is this yard lacking? I've plenty of clay soil, have included sand , buried leaves from prior 12 months, added manure from W
